This easy and tasty Tiramisu recipe uses coffee-soaked ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone (no raw eggs!), and cocoa powder on top.
There's no baking needed, and you can make it ahead of time!

What makes our recipe different:

Our tiramisu doesn’t use raw eggs, making it super easy to make without sacrificing flavor.
Traditional recipes use raw egg yolks and sugar mixed with whipped egg whites and mascarpone. We tried that method but thought raw eggs might be off-putting. So, We swapped the egg whites for fresh whipped cream, which we think tastes better and has a nicer texture. The result is delicious and easy—you're going to love it!

Ingredients you’ll need:

• Ladyfingers: We buy them, but you can make them from scratch if you prefer.
• Mascarpone: It’s essential for a true tiramisu, but you can use cream cheese if needed.
• Coffee: We use espresso.
• Heavy whipped cream
• Granulated sugar
• Vanilla extract: You can use imitation vanilla if necessary.
• Cocoa powder: For dusting on top.

How to make Tiramisu:

1. Mix the filling: Beat the mascarpone, cream, sugar, and vanilla until it forms stiff peaks.
2. Dip the ladyfingers: Combine the espresso and coffee-flavored syrup in a shallow bowl. Quickly dip each ladyfinger on both sides—don’t soak them.
3. Layer the mascarpone: Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top of the dipped ladyfingers.
4. Repeat: Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, then another layer of the mascarpone mixture. Dust with cocoa powder on top.
