The first thing you need to do is to learn how to do a few types of grilled fish, so you don't have to go out to eat it anymore.
Spicy Grilled Fish
Ingredients:
1 grass carp
2 potatoes
1 pinch of salt
A few green onions
A pinch of ginger
A pinch of black pepper
A tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of seafood sauce
Adequate amount of cumin
Chilli powder to taste
Step 1: Gutting the grass carp and marinating it with salt, peppercorns, crushed black pepper, spring onions, and sliced ginger.
Step 2: Peel and slice the potatoes, and toss with oil, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
Step 3: Line a baking tray with tin foil, grease and line the potato slices with oil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4: Mix the cumin, chili, pepper, sesame seeds, seafood sauce, and cooking oil to make a sauce and spread it on top of the marinated grass carp.
Step 5: Place the fish on top of the potato slices and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Salt Baked Fish
Ingredients:
1 bream
1 potato
1 onion
1 stalk of lettuce
Half a carrot
Half a lemon
Salt to taste
Salt baking powder 10g
Grapeseed oil to taste
Pepper to taste
Rosemary
Step 1: Cut the fish in half, remove the gills and scrape the black membrane from the belly of the fish.
Step 2: Pour the salt baking powder into a bowl, add salt and crushed pepper and apply to the fish body and belly; place the fish on a baking sheet to "marinate".
Step 3: Wash and peel the potatoes, carrots, and lettuce, cut them into cubes, and slice the onion. Fry the potatoes, carrots, and lettuce in a pan, and add the shredded onion to the pan.
Step 4: Place the vegetables in a baking tray on tin foil, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt, and brush the fish with the oil.
Place the fish on top of the vegetables, sprinkle with rosemary and pepper and place the tray in a preheated 200°C oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway through and brushing with oil. Drizzle the baked fish with lemon juice
Spicy grilled fish
1 sea bass
2 sections of lotus root
2 garlic cloves
1 handful of coriander
Celery 1 stick
Half a green onion
5 slices of ginger
Fennel seeds moderate amount
6 dried chilies
Pepper 1 small handful
Soybean paste 1 tbsp
Soy sauce moderate amount
Sugar moderate amount
Salad oil to taste
Step 1: Cut up the sea bass and slice the shallots on the diagonal. Slice the ginger. Cut the garlic, celery, and coriander into sections.
Step 2: Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sea bass over medium heat.
Step 3: Cook the lotus root in slices, lay the lotus root flat on the bottom, and put the fried fish on top
Step 4: In the pan, put the onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, celery, dried chilies, and cumin, and add soy sauce, sugar, and salt to taste.
Step 5: Pour the stir-fry sauce into a container and spread around the fish, bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes, and sprinkle with the reserved coriander leaves.
Assorted Roasted Fish
Ingredients.
Fish 500g
1 potato
1 carrot
Half an onion
Parsley to taste
Barbecue sauce to taste
Chilli powder to taste
Vegetable oil to taste
Step 1: Cut the potatoes, onions, and carrots into chunks, put them in a bowl, pour the barbecue sauce over them and mix well to marinate.
Step 2: Cut the fish from the belly, brush it with the barbecue sauce and marinate for 30 minutes to taste.
Step 3: Line a baking tray with tin foil, place the marinated fish in the tray and place the potato cubes, carrot cubes, and onion slices on top of the fish
Step 4: Place the baking tray in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with Chilli powder, and bake in the oven for 5 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
