Pizza rolls are rich in flavor, easy to make, and versatile.


Here are a few ways to make your pizza rolls.


Tomato pizza rolls


Ingredients:


Onion 1pc


1.5 tbsp white sugar


Salt 0.5 tsp


Butter 30g


Water 4 tbsp


Garlic


Tomato sauce 6 tbsp 


Persimmon pepper 2 sticks


Steps


1. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and knead the dough with all the ingredients except the butter, then add the butter and knead in slowly until the dough absorbs the butter.


2. Knead the dough and put it aside.


3. Finely chop the onion and garlic.


Add the rest of the ingredients for the PIZZA sauce and stir-fry well. Turn up the heat.


4. Add the butter to the pan, melt it, add the onion and add the minced garlic.


5. Take out the dough, sprinkle some high-gluten flour on the table, roll out the dough with a rolling pin, and spread the PIZZA sauce on it.


6. Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese


7. Roll up from the long side to the unpaved side, leaving 3cm of sauce on the long side, then cut into small pieces and place on a baking tray.


8. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for 25 minutes.


Black pepper pizza rolls.


High gluten flour 400g


Wholemeal flour 100g


Dry yeast 3 tsp


Olive oil 40ml


Warm water 250ml


Sugar 3 tsp


Salt ½ tsp


1 bell pepper


Carrot half


1-2 tomatoes


Grated cheese 50-60g


tomato sauce to taste


Salt to taste


black pepper to taste


Steps


1. Knead all the main ingredients in a pasta machine and ferment for 2-3 hours.


2. Chop the vegetables.


3. Divide the dough into four equal portions, and roll it out into oval shapes of about 3mm. Spread the sauce, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, cheese, crushed pepper, and tomatoes.


4. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for about 10-13 minutes.


Cheese Pizza Rolls


Ingredients


High gluten flour 250g


Butter 15g


Salt 1g


Fine sugar 20g


Yeast 2g


Cheese


Tomato sauce 2-3 tbsp


1 egg


Salad dressing to taste


2 small onions


Steps


1. Knead the dough in a bread machine.


3. Spread with tomato sauce or pizza sauce.


3. Spread with grated mozzarella.


4. Roll up gently from one side and put a little water around the edges.


5. Divide into sections and let it ferment at room temperature for 40 minutes.


6. Brush with egg yolk, squeeze with salad dressing and sprinkle with a few chopped spring onions.


7. Preheat the oven and cook at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes on the middle and lower heat.


Toast pizza rolls


Ingredients


2 slices of toast


2 small tomatoes


Tomato sauce to taste


Salad dressing to taste


Corn kernels


Directions


1. Prepare the ingredients.


2. Trim the toast slices and squeeze the tomato sauce and salsa over them.


3. Arrange the tomato, and corn kernels.


4. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.


5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 8 minutes on the middle shelf.


6. Roll up and bake.
