1.Wash and slice the strawberries. Then, use an ice shaving machine to transform the ice cubes into fine ice chips.
2.Place the strawberry slices and ice chips into a bowl.
3.Sprinkle some syrup or your favorite seasonings over them, and voila! You have a delicious strawberry shaved ice treat.
Strawberry Milk:
Ingredients: strawberries, pure milk.
Method: Put both ingredients into a juicer and blend until well mixed.

Strawberry Panna Cotta:
Ingredients: 40g sugar, 300g fresh milk, 10 strawberries, 3 gelatin sheets.
Method:
1.Soak 3 gelatin sheets in cold water until they become soft.
2.Mix 300g of milk with 40g of fine-granulated sugar and heat the mixture over low heat. Stir constantly and ensure that the milk does not reach boiling point. Add the softened gelatin sheets and stir until completely melted.
3. Add the washed strawberries, aiming to keep them as intact as possible for an appealing presentation.
