Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing my hair-care routine!
If you're curious about my hair type, I have dry hair, experience hair loss, and deal with dandruff.
Step 1: Comb your hair before showering. This is especially helpful if you have oily or long hair. Brushing before washing helps distribute natural oils from the scalp down to the dry ends. It also reduces the amount of hair that falls out during washing since loose hairs are removed beforehand.
Step 2: Wet your hair and apply shampoo only to the roots and scalp. I use Grafen shampoo, a Korean brand I love for its pleasant scent. This shampoo promotes a healthy scalp environment, strengthens hair roots, and is specially formulated for dry, sensitive scalps to help prevent hair loss. It's gentle and contains natural ingredients certified for effectiveness.
Step 3: Spray hair tonic 2-3 times onto your scalp, then gently massage it in with your fingertips. I use Grafen hair tonic, known for its natural herb complex that supports root volume and reduces scalp temperature while boosting moisture. It contains plant extracts, keratin, and amino acids, and is free from artificial colors and fragrances, making it great for hair health.
Step 4: Apply conditioner only to the tips of your hair. I use a leave-in conditioner from Natura, which softens my dry hair wonderfully. I appreciate this brand because it's vegan and cruelty-free.
That's my hair-care routine! If you found this helpful, feel free to like and save this post. Hope it helps you take better care of your hair!
